Every month, Baskin-Robbins sweetens its menu with a unique featured flavor. Some are new creations while others are returning favorites that fans wait all year to enjoy. In January, the chain launched Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream, a flavor inspired by its breakfast food namesake, to help us through one of the coldest months of the year.
Now, Baskin-Robbins is launching its February Flavor of The Month and it’s filled with love in every spoonful.
Baskin-Robbins' February Flavor Is Love Potion #31
Starting Feb. 1, Baskin-Robbins guests can indulge in Love Potion #31, a beloved flavor that’s been a hit since its debut in 1995. Love Potion #31 features a swirl of white chocolate and raspberry-flavored ice cream highlighted with a tart raspberry ribbon. Raspberry-filled chocolate hearts and chocolate chips are sprinkled throughout, adding the nostalgic taste of a Valentine’s Day chocolate box to every bite.
And, for the first time, fans can try the iconic Love Day flavor in a Sweetheart Fancy Cone. The top of each vibrant pink waffle cone is dipped in chocolate and covered in colorful heart sprinkles making your two-toned scoop even more eye-catching.

Social media users are thrilled to see the flavor making a comeback this year, with many calling it one of the chain’s top menu options. “Love Potion #31 is one of their best flavors,” wrote one fan on Instagram. “I tried it before and it’s incredible,” added another.
And that’s not all the ice cream shop has in store for love birds this month. Guests can take home the Crazy for You Cake, a heart-shaped ice cream cake made with your choice of ice cream flavors. The light pink dessert is garnished with a decadent fudge drip, an Oreo cookie, and buttercream rosettes for an impressive presentation that’s worthy of the people you love most. So, whether you’re celebrating Galentine’s Day with friends, surprising your partner with a treat as sweet as they are, or livening up the office break room, this cake is guaranteed to make you everyone’s favorite cupid.
