There are few cultural phenomena quite like the Harry Potter fandom. No matter how many years have passed since the books and movies were released, we Muggles can’t seem to get enough of the Wizarding World. Between the newly announced attractions at Universal Studios, the baking championship on Food Network, and recent snack collaborations, it’s clear the demand for new Harry Potter releases is still high.

For years, fans have recreated Harry and his friends’ favorite treats at home, like pumpkin juice, cauldron cakes, and treacle tart. But no treat is as synonymous with Harry Potter as the butterscotch-laden beverage, Butterbeer.

Whether enjoyed as a sweet drink or baked into your favorite desserts for a Harry Potter movie marathon, Butterbeer is a must-try for every Potterhead. Now, there’s a new way to enjoy the butterscotch-flavored drink—and it doesn’t require a plane ticket to Orlando.

Goldfish Releases New Butterbeer Flavored Grahams

Goldfish / Allrecipes

Goldfish is teaming up with Warner Bros. for all-new Butterbeer Flavored Grahams. The bite-sized graham crackers feature rich butterscotch and creamy vanilla flavors for a treat that will transport you to Hogsmeade Village from anywhere. Goldfish’s new Butterbeer Grahams come in three shapes—classic goldfish, Butterbeer barrels, and pints of foamy Butterbeer.

The new Harry Potter collab marks Goldfish’s second time teaming up with Warner Bros—it previously released an “Elf”-inspired Maple Syrup Graham during the 2023 holiday season.

Additionally, this release is not the only notable Butterbeer collaboration of 2025. Hershey’s recently announced it’s bringing Butterbeer Hershey’s Kisses to market for a limited time. Two new Butterbeer launches in two months, and it’s not even a Harry Potter anniversary year? We’ll take it.

Goldfish Butterbeer Flavored Grahams are a limited-edition flavor hitting national retailer shelves in March. I tried them early, and here are my thoughts.

My Honest Review of Goldfish Butterbeer Flavored Grahams

When you open the bag, you’re hit with the overwhelming scent of butterscotch—a little like your grandma’s purse from all those crushed hard candies at the bottom. However, the actual flavor isn’t as bold.

The butterscotch flavor is pretty subtle, only really coming through in the initial bite with hints of maple. Then, it transforms into the vanilla graham cracker flavor you know and love.

I found it hard to stop eating the new Butterbeer Flavored Grahams, which probably says more than anything else. I could see myself adding these grahams to ice cream or other desserts, but, let’s be honest, I’ll probably just eat them all straight out of the bag.
