The original Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup is divine as it is, but Reese’s keeps finding ways to mix it up. There was that time it turned the OG peanut butter cup into a jumbo-sized one. Then, the times it loaded caramel and pretzels into the cups. We can’t forget about the holiday shapes, the candy bar, the protein bars, and the many other ways the brand has switched up the classic peanut butter treat (this isn’t even counting the Reese’s cereal and the countless varieties of Reese’s Pieces).
It seems as if there's no end to how chocolate and peanut butter can be combined—the pairing is just so good. And when you add a third thing into the mix, like caramel, crunchy nuts, or pieces of graham crackers, it only amplifies the deliciousness.
Now, fresh on the heels of its latest red velvet cup, Reese’s is already dropping another new candy and fans can’t stop raving about it.
Reese’s New Peanut Butter Pie Cups
Reese’s is giving its fan-favorite miniature cups a makeover that features peanut butter pie-flavored milk chocolate cups stuffed with creamy peanut butter and graham cracker-flavored cookie pieces. Pulling inspiration from chocolate peanut butter pie, the new Reese’s will only be available for purchase through the Hershey’s website in 9.6-ounce share packs.
What do Reese’s lovers have to say about it? Well, from the looks of @markie_devo’s Instagram, fans are more than thrilled to get their hands on this new variety. “Oh be still my peanut butter heart,” someone commented. “These look delicious,” another person added.
“I am still enjoying the sugar cookie ones that I absolutely love from Christmas. Hold on guys,” pleaded a fan.
It's unclear whether these will be seeing a national grocery store release, but fingers crossed we'll be spotting them on store shelves soon.
