The first week of March brought with it so many delicious, new items at some of our favorite chain restaurants. Even though the weather—and calendar—might not reflect the same, spring has officially sprung at multiple drive-thrus—including Starbucks.
On March 4, Starbucks released its spring menu, which features an all-new Iced Cherry Chai and Jalapeño Chicken Pocket, as well as the return of the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha, Iced Lavender Latte, and Lavender Crème Frappuccino from the 2024 menu. And while we’re excited to enjoy those new flavors at Starbucks cafés this season, those aren’t the only items the coffee chain is releasing in March.
With two in three Americans drinking a cup of coffee as one of the first things they do in the morning, according to Starbucks’ new 2025 Wake Up Survey, it’s safe to say that many people are making their first cup of joe at home. But, if they aren’t hitting the Starbucks drive-thru, they can still enjoy Starbucks drinks from the comfort of their kitchens with the robust Starbucks Coffee At Home line.
From Starbucks’ signature roasts and cold brew to its flavored creamers and new Crema Instant Coffee collection, you can recreate almost any Starbucks beverage. Now, you can craft even more with Starbucks’ new (and returning) products hitting grocery shelves.

This season, Starbucks is bringing its lavender-flavored offerings directly to your coffee pot with its new Vanilla Lavender Flavored Coffee, available in both grounds and K-Cup Pods for Keurig, and Lavender Latte Flavored Oatmilk Creamer—a part of Starbucks’ first-ever Oatmilk Creamers line. Also joining the diary-free creamer portfolio is the new Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso Flavored Oatmilk Creamer, modeled after the ever-popular Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.
Additionally, the brand is releasing a new Caffé Mocha Flavored Zero Creamer, which adds a chocolate flavor to your brew with zero added sugar.
Returning to stores this year is the customer-loved Brown Sugar Cinnamon Flavored Coffee, available in grounds, K-Cup Pods, and cold brew concentrate, and Toasted Coconut Mocha Flavored Coffee, as grounds and K-Cup Pods.
Lastly, Starbucks is introducing two new blends of coffee this spring—including a permanent offering.
The limited-edition Mountain Blend is a medium roast coffee with notes of cocoa nibs and orange zest that will be sold as ground coffee and K-Cup Pods through June.
The new Sunsera Blend, the brand’s lightest roast coffee ever, will hit stores as a year-round offering. Sunsera is made with 100 percent Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia for a naturally sweet, bright coffee with citrus and toasted almond flavors.
Starbucks’ new blonde roast can be found both in cafés, where it’s sold as whole bean, or at major retailers, where it’s available as whole bean, ground, and K-Cup Pods now, with Starbucks by Nespresso for Vertuo pods rolling out in April.
Whether enjoyed from your bed, couch, porch, or on-the-go, your at-home coffee just got that much better this spring.
