  • 3 (15-ounce) cans corn, well drained

  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

  • 1 (8 ounce) bag shredded Mexican blend cheese

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1 (9.25-ounce) bag chili cheese corn chips (such as Chili Cheese Fritos®), crushed

Directions

  • Combine corn, bell pepper, jalapeno, red onion, cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cilantro and mix well. Stir in corn chips just before serving.
