Great news: we’ve made it through yet another April Fools’ Day! Jokesters at BodyArmor—which teased a Sports Performance Shampoo—and Heinz—whose U.K. branch posted about pistachio-flavored Dubai Beanz—leaned into the pranks. But we were pleasantly surprised by how many companies released real (yet slightly odd) products. Did anyone really ask for KFC fried chicken-flavored toothpaste? Probably not, but you can actually buy some now.

While brands like Popeyes came right out and said April 1 launches—including the new pickle menu—were not a joke, Reese’s has hit us with a little one-two punch. Hershey’s pranked fans by teasing a Reese’s Chocolatey Bread that could be paired with its Reese’s Creamy Peanut Butter and jelly for the ultimate sandwich. While the bread itself isn’t real, Reese’s is indeed getting into the PB&J business—sort of.

Reese's Launches New PB&J Big Cups

About a year and a half after releasing its first Big Cup stuffed with a layer of gooey filling, Reese’s is finally coming out with the flavor fans have been dreaming of. This spring, Reese’s is launching its PB&J Big Cup.

First, we got the Caramel Big Cup and then the Chocolate Lava Big Cup, but the whole time, we’ve been saying that Reese’s needs to put the two most iconic flavors together and create a peanut butter and jelly-filled version. Now, it finally has—with two different jelly flavors.

Reese’s is releasing both a PB&J Grape Big Cup and a PB&J Strawberry Big Cup.

The new candy features Reese’s larger 1.4-ounce peanut butter cup filled with classic peanut butter and your choice of "jelly"-like flavoring encased in chocolate. Reese’s PB&J Big Cups will be sold in standard, king, and snack sizes at retailers nationwide.

Though we can’t believe the brand hasn’t released this flavor before now, we’re also shocked that the two flavors won’t be available in one package. Instead, you’ll have to choose between the Grape or Strawberry PB&J Big Cup (or simply buy both!). But we’ve waited long enough to try the requested combo—we don’t want to wait any longer for Reese’s to start selling a king or share size with both flavors.

Reese’s PB&J Big Cups are rolling out to retailers nationwide now—and some shoppers have already spotted them on shelves. While the peanut butter and jelly-flavored candy is not an April Fools’ Day prank, it is only going to be available for a limited time. So, if you want to try the flavor we’ve been asking for from Reese’s for years, you’ll want to grab them before they’re gone.
