Le Creuset is a beloved kitchen brand known for its stunning cast iron Dutch ovens. Home cooks clamor for new Le Creuset cookware or limited-edition colors, but there’s no denying that the popular pieces have intimidating price tags. Le Creuset’s 5.5-quart enameled Dutch oven costs $420, and a larger 7.25-quart option is $460.

If you don’t want to splurge that much, don’t fret—Amazon shoppers found a gorgeous enameled Dutch oven that looks and cooks like a Le Creuset for just a fraction of the price. Did we mention it’s also on sale?

At first glance, the Nuovva enameled cast iron Dutch oven resembles a Le Creuset in several ways. Both are round, have two helper handles on the side, and feature stainless steel knobs and rings around the lid with the brand’s name stamped onto it. Nuovva also has a suite of gorgeous colors to choose from, including dark green, bright orange, blush pink, and sunny yellow. If you want a more modern aesthetic, there are subtler shades, like standard black and an eye-catching marble white.

With all that said, Le Creuset Dutch ovens are famed for much more than just their looks. How does the Nuovva compare? “I’m a Le Creuset loyalist, ok. Unfortunately, I just moved to an expensive city and they are no longer on the budget,” said one five-star reviewer. “The Nuovva is a super solid Dutch oven. I have had it for months, and it’s glorious. Good heat dispersion and doesn’t take a billion years to heat up.” In addition to quickly heating on all cooktops (including induction), it’s oven safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Another happy customer gushed about their Nuovva Dutch oven: “The quality of the cookware is of the highest standard. I own several pieces of Le Creuset, and this one is as good, if not better.”

Many customers praised the pot’s durability, stay-cool lid knob, versatility, and solid construction. Some did note that the thick cast iron pot is quite heavy, likening it to a “gym workout,” but appreciated the sturdy handles that made it easier to move around the kitchen or lift out of the oven. Several reviews also mentioned that the pot is easy to clean.

Normally, the Nuovva enameled Dutch oven costs $65, but thanks to a sale and a coupon, you can grab the pot for $45. That’s $375 less than the 5.5-quart Le Creuset—an 89 percent difference!

“I’m loving my new pot! It’s really beautiful and adds a touch of class to your kitchen,” says a satisfied customer. “Couldn’t have made a better purchase.” Grab it on Amazon now.
