Aldi’s Collapsible Box Bags Return
Aldi’s Collapsible Box Bags return to stores this week. The bags are just $5.99 each and are available in two designs, both featuring light blue handles. The white rainbow version has two white sides with the store’s logo, and a swirling rainbow of the retailer's signature colors on opposing sides. The second option features a solid blue navy background with the store’s name printed all over in various colors.
These sturdy bags are ideal for organizing groceries while shopping and make it easy to load goods into the trunk, too. They help ensure your sandwich bread doesn’t get squished in transit and your liquids stay in an upright position to prevent spills. Once your groceries are put away, the bags can be fully collapsed and stored, only taking up minimal space until your next shopping trip. Aside from groceries, these durable bags are ideal for transporting party food, sheet cakes, and gifts. This isn’t the first time Collapsible Box Bags have graced Aldi shelves. In a Reddit thread from last year, shoppers discussed why they love them so much. “I can fit 4 in the large carts at my Aldi, and I’ve been able to carry loads of 15kg in one [trip] with no issues. Well worth the price!” said one fan.
Another chimed in to say the bags were excellent for carrying items that might strain regular reusable totes. “We love the box bags! One of ours from a couple of years ago just broke, so we're looking for a replacement. They're awesome for heavy items (like bottles of soda or cans). We [also] have a couple of the thermal bags and use both types of bag each week for our Aldi shopping,” they wrote.
