Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 4 cups grapefruit juice

  • 1 3/4 cups gin

  • 1/2 cup Aperol® liqueur

  • 1/4 cup simple syrup

  • 8 sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions

  • Combine grapefruit juice, gin, Aperol, and simple syrup in a jug and seal tightly. Lightly shake jug to mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 


  • Lightly shake and serve over ice; garnish with a rosemary sprig.
