Pillsbury has been a baking staple for decades. Pillsbury Launches Big Cookies Cookie Dough
Pillsbury's new Big Cookies Cookie Dough features cookie portions that are more than three times larger than the brand’s classic ready-to-bake cookies and come in three indulgent flavors: S'mores, Chocolate Chunk Salted Caramel, and Double Chocolate Cherry.
The s’mores cookie dough is filled to the brim with chocolate chunks and marshmallow pieces that remind you of your favorite gooey campfire treat. The Chocolate Chunk Salted Caramel variety doubles down on rich flavor with buttery caramel and melty chocolate swirls. And, if you love fruit and chocolate together, don’t skip the Double Chocolate Cherry Big Cookies, which feature a cocoa-flavored base and tart cherry chunks in every bite.
Each package contains six cookies that bake in 17 to 21 minutes, making them a speedy treat for any occasion. And, if you weren’t already aware, Pillsbury uses edible cookie dough, meaning it is safe to eat raw due to the brand’s use of heat-treated flour and pasteurized eggs.
Food insider @markie_devo shared the finds on Instagram, where fans seem very excited about the drop. “Double Chocolate Cherry cookies sound [fire],” said one person. “Pillsbury is following the Chips Ahoy big cookie route! Cool. I’ll try,” added another, referencing Chips Ahoy’s Big Chewy Cookie, which hit stores last fall.
In a recent press release, Pillsbury said this innovation aims to give cookie lovers a convenient bakery-style experience right from the comfort of their own home.
