Growing up as a Greek American in the Midwest, Greek Easter was a huge celebration in my family. From dying eggs a deep crimson red to roasting a whole lamb on a spit over open flames, my Greek immigrant father took Easter feasting seriously. Today, raising my own family far from Easter celebrations in Greece, I’ve taken the reigns and make all the Greek Easter classics for my own family.
