  • 1/3 cup mashed Haas avocado

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Place avocado, butter. lime juice, and cumin in a bowl. Mash until smooth, or use an immersion blender to blend. Season with salt and pepper.
