Whether it’s to watch your favorite NFL team, hockey game, or March Madness, Buffalo Wild Wings is the sports bar that does it all. After a successful football season teaming up with Jason Kelce, the restaurant chain is rolling right into the next sport as the Official Sports Bar of March Madness.

To celebrate the Big Dance, which begins with Selection Sunday on March 16, B-Dubs is releasing four new menu items to keep your next few trips to the chain fresh. This month, Buffalo Wild Wings is debuting two all-new wing sauces and two savory, over-the-top sandwiches.

Buffalo Wild Wings 2025 March Madness Menu

On March 5, Buffalo Wild Wings is introducing a new Beer Cheese Cheesesteak and a Chicken Parm Melt. The Beer Cheese Cheesesteak features shaved sirloin steak smothered in beer cheese, American cheese, grilled onions, and green onions on a toasted sub roll. B-Dubs’ Chicken Parm Melt features crispy breaded chicken topped with mozzarella sticks, Parmesan Garlic sauce, pepperjack, Parmesan, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning on a toasted sub roll.

The new sandwiches are joining the menu permanently and expand upon Buffalo Wild Wings’ sandwich and burger offerings, proving that despite its position as a wing restaurant, its other menu items are just as tasty. But if you do go to B-Dubs to enjoy one of its 26 wing flavors and dry rubs, then you’d better add these two new sauces to your must-try list.

For a limited time, Buffalo Wild Wings is adding new BBQ Ranch and Buffalo Bleu sauces to its wings, sandwiches, and wraps. The new sauces are the best of both worlds for wing lovers who like to dip their chicken—or sandwich—in another condiment, like ranch dressing or blue cheese.

The BBQ Ranch sauce is a classic mix between barbecue sauce and ranch dressing. While the Buffalo Bleu has a spicy tang thanks to the Buffalo sauce, blue cheese, cayenne pepper, and garlic—a true nod to the OG Buffalo wings and their classic dipping sauce.

If you’re looking for the perfect chance to try the new sauces, you might want to go to Buffalo Wild Wings during March Madness tip-off weekend. On March 20, the restaurant is offering buy-one-get-one-free boneless wings, so you can try both new sauces for the price of one. The deal is valid for dine-in and delivery and takeout orders that were placed through the Buffalo Wild Wings website or app only. You won’t be able to get the BOGO if you use a third-party app, like Grubhub or DoorDash.

I tried the two new Buffalo Wild Wings sauces, here is my honest review.

My Honest Review of Buffalo Wild Wings' BBQ Ranch and Buffalo Bleu Sauces

Bailey Fink

I ordered both the BBQ Ranch and Buffalo Bleu wings as boneless wings paired with their respective dipping sauces to give them a try. At first, I ate the wings by themselves, then dunked them in ranch and blue cheese for a little dip-ception.

Typically, I don’t need to dip my BBQ wings in anything because the flavor is the perfect level of sweet and spicy on its own—but I do use a dipping sauce, as needed, to cool the spiciness down. However, if you love dipping your barbecue wings in ranch, then you’ll love the BBQ Ranch sauce option. The sauce has a tasty barbecue flavor right off the bat, then you’re hit with a strong ranch flavor. It almost tastes like the wings are coated in a Hidden Valley Ranch packet.

While you’re not missing any ranch flavor, you are missing out on the creamy texture and cooling sensation—so, of course, dipping the wing in ranch makes it just a little bit better.

Traditionally, I’m a Buffalo wing with blue cheese fan, so I was really excited to try the new Buffalo Bleu sauce. Unlike the BBQ Ranch sauce, I think the Buffalo flavor shines through more than blue cheese. It’s not a pungent gorgonzola-like cheese flavor at all. Instead, the blue cheese and garlic lightly tone down the Buffalo spice. So, even if you don’t think you like blue cheese dressing, you’d probably still enjoy this sauce.

I wanted a little more blue cheese flavor, so the side of dressing was necessary to get the perfect version of the Buffalo Bleu sauce.

Do the new sauces replace the need for dipping? No, but they give you two times the dipping sauce flavor, and that’s a definite win.
